Running the demo on a G3 laptop running 9.22. Not yet run it on a live job,
as I drop back to 1.99 for the moment.

Also not run a large batch test, 100+ files but so far I have found it very
stable, and much faster than 1.99.

The first job will be to work out an reasonable workflow, as the batch
handeling has changed, and there seems to be no 'attended' batch option.
Also the output tiffs end up with generic tiff icons instead of a
thumbnails.

Overall 3 is a giant leap from 1.99, and seems after a first trial to give
better quality outputs.

Looking forward to finding some time to test it out more.
