Tim Easy cure...5 minute job can be seen here: http://shangarasingh.com/Josephandhis.jpg Dupe the layer, select the affected area, copy the green channel into the red and blue while selection is active. Apply a but of H&S colorization. That's the basis of the correction. I made a few other little tweaks but they didn't make that much difference. Probably better techniques out there...
