Hi List,
Has anyone any idea of how to create depth of field effects or very
selective focus in Photoshop? I remember playing around with gradients and
gradient masks + gaussian blur in the distant past, but have had no success
this time, despite repeated tries.
Perhaps there is a third party filter anyone might know of?
Thanks for any thoughts you may have.

use the future brush.
apply blurr ( and maybe + 5 contrast) , click back 1 step in history states, select the blurr you applied for the history state (brush) and brush on the blurr with a soft edge brush where you want it, adjusting opacity for more control. hope that makes sense.
brilliant invention....will there be an Ironing brush in PS8?
