I've recently upgraded to Mac OS X 10.2.4 and Photoshop 7.0.1. I'm saving the pix, with several file info fields filled in, from Photoshop as standard jpeg files. When the files are sent to my client - either via FTP or email - and opened on a PC all of the file info has been stripped. Yet, if he opens the image up on a Mac the info is still there.
If I work on the images on my Powerbook running OS 9.1 and Photoshop 5.5 then he's able to see the file info on his PC with no problem.
Anybody have any ideas why this is happening?
