Try as I may I can’t seem to get the brilliance and contrast from my Epson 2200 printer that I get in my wet darkroom using Ilfochrome.  Is this to be expected or can I do better?   I scan my slides in using a Canon FS4000 set to scan at 4000 dpi using VueScan.  I then adjust the images in PhotoShop 7 using either Curves of Levels. Also, although my PhotoShop images on my monitor are close to the prints they are not exact.   Has anyone had experience with Monaco EZ Color or similar devices?    Al Loeb
