That would surprice me somewhat. Had you said 60-70% I might have let it
pass, but to the best of my knowledge no process color system, or even
proofer can reproduce all Pantone colours. Some can only be printer as a
spot colour, and many others can only be reproduced on 6 color systems like
Hexacrome (I know the 10Ps uses 6 colours but light cyan and magenta doesn't
increase the gamut).

Sorry I don't buy it.
