Current UK "consumer"law dictates that an item under warranty should be repaired, replaced or refunded within 2 weeks.Sadly that does not cover Professional equipment. You are Lucky , I waited over 4 months for my PhaseOne repair a couple of years ago, This year it was down to 4 weeks !! and my dealer ( Warners ) loaned me a H20 back for as long as I needed it.. Back up plan is to have a good dealer !! and a Minolta Dimage 7Hi in the cupboard. Regards Michael Wilkinson. 106 Holyhead Rd, Ketley, Telford, Shropshire.
