Current UK "consumer"law dictates that an item under warranty should be
repaired,replaced or refunded within 2 weeks.Sadly that does not cover
Professional equipment.
You are Lucky , I waited over 4 months for my PhaseOne repair a couple of
years ago, This year it was down to 4 weeks !! and my dealer ( Warners )
loaned me a H20 back for as long as I needed it..
Back up plan is to have a good dealer !! and a Minolta Dimage 7Hi in the
cupboard.
