I sent a Nikon digital camera off to Nikon for warranty repair on 27th Feb. (Apparently it HAS to go back to Nikon, can't be done by Fixation or similar). Today I spoke to them and they advised me that it should be back 'in a couple more weeks'.
Just wanted to warn everyone to make sure they have a back-up plan as a simple repair seems to take 5 weeks with a Nikon digital camera!
