I have no problem centering my image while printing from OS9 and Photoshop 6. But I can't from OS10.2.4 and Photoshop 7. I have installed the latest Epson Stylus 2200 driver (1.3.4). I can save my custom settings as described below, but it only centers vertically whether in landscape or portrait mode.
Am I missing something?

How do you get the print in the middle?
format for >any printer (Don't be silly and choose the name of your own printer)
paper size>A whatever
settings> Custom paper size
click New> Call it something
give left and right margins equal numbers (14mm covers Epsons)
save
do file>page set up again
format for any printer
now in paper size you can choose your centered custom paper size.
