Justin, Forgive the blunt question, but do you know what to do with a raw file? Photoshop will not open it and you will have to use the Canon supplied file viewer of Breezebrowser (or others) to convert from Raw to TIFF or JPEG...First download a copy of breeze from breezesys.com and install then try browsing a folder or disk with the raw files. If this works (as I suspect it will, then convert one to a TIFF and presto, photoshop is in action again! Cheers, NickWB
