thanks for your inquiries. Here are some brief details about ColorMaestro and ourselves.
- we've been developing scanning and colour management software since 1995, for the high end drum scanner (ICG drum scanners) and digital images.
- ColorMaestro is a fully ICC compliant application, but retains a familiar interface, allowing you to work in a known RGB or CMYK environment, rather than in a theoretical CIE Lab space.
- ICC workflow requires only a single scan, avoiding time wastage through repeated scans, and freeing your scanner to scan more originals.
- it supports display, input and output profiles. You can also create and edit high quality custom input profiles, and save them in a library for compensating over/under exposure, and different film types.
- files taken from a drum/ flatbed scanner, digital camera or an image archival system may all be edited using conventional colour correction, gradation, UCR, GCR and sharpening tools.
- it is aimed at high end professionals who want the best results in the quickest possible time.
