Dear List, Thanks who offered suggestions on the S2 RAF thread!
My query is not so much formatting a microdrive on the ibook, it's always formatted in camera, I just can't understand why every computer EXCEPT my iBook can delete files from the microdrive, but the iBook can only copy from the MDrive. Message reads "cannot delete from removable disc as disc is locked" Is there a setting in OS9.2 for iBook that has to be altered to allow deleting files from external discs? I have been through help menus, control panels and file exchange etc but can't find any answers.
