I have a file with 8 layers. I did a transform on the top layer and hit ENTER. I'm left with a dotted line transform boundary which won't go away.
If I delete the layer, the boundary trips to the next layer, and so on.
I've saved as a new document, closed and re-opened, quit and restarted Photoshop (and also the Mac (OS10.2.x) but it won't go.
I could do with some urgent help please.
