[PRODIG] Intro and A3 inkjets

First a quick introduction: I'm a Fashion and Beauty photographer, 
recently re-located to Paris. I've been working with (learning) 
Photoshop for 10 years, (since v2.5); shoot mostly on film, but will 
soon be moving to digital.

For eleven months I have been slowly driven mad by a deranged Epson 
2100 printer, whose ability to produce superb prints is only matched by 
its capability to find new ways to wind me up..... I have had a few 
Epsons, (since their first 6 colour printer), but can't take much more 
of this one. Can anyone offer any first hand experience of a suitable 
A3 replacement, perhaps a Canon? I'd be especially grateful if anyone 
has been able to make direct comparisons with the output from a 
2100/2200. Mostly I need the printer for A3 portfolio prints and A4 
cards.
