Now seriously, All the imported goods from outside of the EU must be charged with VAT. But I have buy a cheap accessory from USA and in the Post office said me that they have a limit value to charge it. If the price declared is less than this value they let it go. I figure out this rule is to facility they work and because too much bureaucracy for few money. At least here in Spain.
