Thanks Steve, that was the reason that I hadn't adopted one shot before, I suppose I hoped technology had moved on. Needless to say current circumstances are making me look at this problem again but this time with a need to find solutions before I invest thousands in an upgrade. I am not really looking for a quick fix although a couple of hours trying to correct problems with multiple files almost makes the 70 mile round trip to the lab viable! I guess I was hoping for a few tips beyond hardware and software anti moire, if not some positive feedback from those that use those methods successfully, maybe directions to a piece of software that might tackle the problem specifically. Chroma problems I have been able to solve with desaturation on specific layers as it mainly happens on neutral metals, however this problem is much more difficult when you have colour fringing around hair etc. I'm sure others on this all knowledgible list have lost sleep over this problem, hoped that they might want to share those moments.
