Its the six negative reviews that concerns me. I would not want to be the seventh. For that numbers of items sold that seller should have 100% positive reviews.
Remember, you can't see the item being sold and you dont know with whom you're dealing with. The key for successfull eBay transaction is being extremely cautious. But more important, have a look at the reasons the negative feedback were given by six different buyers. Something's not right!!!
