Dear List

This would seem to be an appropriate moment to ask members to PLEASE make sure that email addresses do not appear in their postings!!

Just two seconds additional care and attention would save the list mum from having to spend a proportionally inappropriate amount of time in doing the following operations.

a) firstly copying your email address and pasting it into a reply.

b) Typing out an appropriate message to you.

c) Entering your error into the weekly list mum report!

d) Thanking you for your email of apology!

You can however assist the more let's say 'trigger happy' by setting up your email preferences so that your email address does not automatically appear in postings.

Please note that so far this week I have had to spend the time doing the above with over twenty such emails and not just for email address. Please take care and continue to enjoy Prodig.

Thanks

Richard
