I have done as you suggest, but on my 1160 print dialog box there is no facility for saving any settings. On my 1200 print dialog box there is. The 1160 drivers have just been downloaded from Epson and are the latest version. In any event I am still trying to find the optimum settings prior to having a profile built. If I chose Matte Paper – Heavyweight, my settings go like this, Click – Advanced Print Quality – 1440dpi ICM – Tried them all (by Host System, by Printer, and Disabled) ICM Intent – Pictures Advanced Printing Features – Enabled Override With Presets – Have tried Off (manual) and ICM High Speed – Off Microweave – On Halftone – Error Diffusion Can you see anything wrong with these? I am still getting very poor prints. John =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
