Thomas would agree I am sure, that the purchase of one of these devices should not be based on price, but rather on its ability to reliably work efficiently and more important, accurately day after day month after month. These devises and supporting software is the most cost effective investment you can make to the assurance of seeing your images correctly on screen and supplying others with professional quality work.
If in any doubt about paying for quality, I suggest this simply formula. Cost of purchase divided by the number of hours you will use your screen over a three year or longer period. This figure even when calculated on a one screen use basis is so small that there surely is no point is going for less than the best kit for the job.
