I have to agree with Thomas. The first one I bought had to go back as it didn't work at all. The second one worked fine on two out of three monitors. Which made me think the third monitor was broken (all three were new Lacie monitors, the 'broken' one was 22"). I almost sent the monitor back but instead I bought the Eye One with Profile Maker Pro and now all three calibrate and profile perfectly.
