Amanda: There are two solutions to this problem: 1. File > Close (To close File Browser) ... then Close Photoshop and restart 2. Window > Workspace > Save workspace (Do this with your default workspace and the Browser closed.) When the problem occurs: Window > Workspace and load your default workspace. Then you can reopen the browser. (This is the quickest and easiest method.)
