strange, I've seen close correlation between Profilemaker and the
eyeOne match SW. SOME ti laptops are very difficult to profile, however
if you're succeeding with profilemaker and failing with eyeone then I
think the eyeone may be faulty.

do you mean me?
I just got back from working in NewYork, so I've been quiet.

eyeOne Display profiles my 12 inch powerbook fine, and the othe
rlaptops I've tried it on. Do note though that I don't feel that
current laptops have sufficient gamut for final edits on serious work.

Overall for moniotr calibration I prefer basICCColor Display but for
most users the eyeone is fine. bICC gives a closer match to printer
material in my opinion.

bICC didn't conflict with Gretag SW here on OSX.

Of course everyones system is different - Kexts have taken over from
extensions when it comes to causing conflicts I guess.

The <Monitor Spyder> is made by Colorvision, that's their trade name
for it.

If you mean the <eyeOne Display> device then do note that basICColor
Display SW is not compatible with the eyeOne Display in it's current
release. It's not listed as a compatible device in the version I'm
using.

AFAIK you can use it with the 'Lino though.

yes, it can be frustrating can't it.
