what I had

What's this, the trash on my laptop is empty. Oh well it must be in the
trash on my desktop. No, not there either. It has disappeared.

I know that its a different OS and all, but in OS9.1 trashed networked files
are sent to a hidden 'Trash can #2' within the also hidden 'Network trash
folder' on the HD which was home to the file.

The way to see them is to do a 'find' on all disks (unless you can remember
where it was living at the time). You can then drag it from Sherlock to
where ever you want it.

Quite logical really, and therefore probably no longer the case in OSX,
which i have, but have to admit that I find to be a pain in the butt.

Might help though
