I've seen this problem posted elsewhere once before. I don't know what the final resolution was. I have no problem with screen match between the programs with exactly the same setup that you describe. I sounds like one of the programs isn't honoring the correct monitor profile, or maybe you have some sort of custom preview invoked in Photoshop. Since PhotoDesk and Preview agree I tend to suspect Photoshop. Maybe there's something odd about your monitor profile. As far as I know all three apps should pick up and use the monitor profile from what's set in the monitor system prefs panel.
