I can answer that for you Paul.
NO they are not colour managed.
My partner went into the local Jessup's with her daughters digital wedding snaps taken 
by
a pro,  all checked out and colour corrected etc here.
The results varied from good to washed out and the store manager essentially said tough
luck,its all automated so no correction can be done
I offered to calibrate the monitor of one local independent minilab  free just so they
would get my prints right and they declined as they were used to what they had despite 
the
monitor having a colour cast which was visible !!
I don't use them for digital prints at all now.
