Thanks for the kind offer, which is greatly appreciated.

Well, er, actually "Yes" - This is why I bought it. I was sold the Eye One
Pro with Eye One Match software/hardware package on the basis that it would
do the same job at profiling RGB ink-jet printers (and be "as good as")
buying the complete Profile Maker 4 / iOne package, which would have cost a
lot more and contained additional modules that I was told I would have no
need for, considering the software for profiling monitors and RGB printers
that comes with Eye One Match would do 'the same job' as Profile Maker 4.

I trusted the salesman's judgement on this. ( I Didn't have much choice, or
reason not to, considering who he was working for !)

I informed the vendor that I needed to profile scanners too, and for this he
sold me the scanner profiling module of PM4. But said I had no need for
printer and monitor module, as I already had them in the iOne / Eue One
Match package.

Neil, I appreciate that this thread is now changing its nature, and becoming
more of a 'con'summer issue, and since I did not purchase the kit from you,
I certainly do not have any 'beef' with you !

Thank you for pointing this out to me. I'm going to take it up with the
vendor on Monday.

Best wishes,
David
