I was sent this in an email: Go into Folder Options and change the setting to allow you to see hidden files and folders. Then look in here: C:\Documents and Settings\current user\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\7.0\Adobe Photoshop7.0 Settings"
There are various settings files there which are clearly named. I think it would be a good idea to make a backup of this folder after getting everything set up exactly like you like it.
