According to the old maths, the "normal" lens is aprox. the diagonal of the
area of the film. In this case, the normal would be +/- 50mm - and 43mm is
not very below it. I believe it�s a 25mm equivalent to the 35mm format when
using it on 6X7 film. I mean, using a 43mm on 6X7 equals (sort of) a 25mm on
135 film.
The 26mm on the 645 comparison is right.
