Morning All
I did some impulse buying the other day and ended up with a really nice 2
head Elinchrom kit. It came with a synch lead and, oddly enough, the S2 has
a synch socket but not a lot of info in the manual about using strobes
(plenty of info about using flash).
I have read somewhere of surges damaging a digital camera but can't remember
if it applied to strobes being fired via the hotshoe or via the synch
socket. Is it OK to go ahead and just plug the lead into the S2 and fire
away or should I take precautions? If it's not OK to use it, what are the
alternatives?
