I am having two problems printing on an Epson 7500, with Hannemulle matte paper on a roller feed.
The prints I am trying to produce are about 500mm by 1800mm, the paper does not feed in a straight and consistent line, there appears to be play in the way it is feeding. The result is a banana type curve along the length, this problem appears to be more apparent as the roll of paper becomes more used ( ie it is fine for the first half of the roll and then gets very noticeable on the second half of the roll.) This may be a tension problem but there doesn't seem to be a way of controlling tension. The second problem is one of ink levels showing at 2%, despite new cartridges being fitted. We have dumped preferences, refitted the cartridges, restarted the computer and restarted the printer. The printer has low ink warning lights on it, these lights will not go off. Epson are not being very helpful, perhaps somebody can point me in the right direction, matthew barlow =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
