Hi John This is a known problem which is even referred to in the user manual. Ours exhibited exactly the same symptoms about three months ago and was sent back for repair under warranty. Just started again intermittently. Given that it seems to be a design fault I would expect it to be fixed again FOC but I'm not holding my breath.
