The interface for one. I don't have Capture One but have sat with a
photographer who does and he just would not consider using ACR. Then again,
I know someone who has both the Fuji software and ACR and prefers ACR.

I think that has been fixed. I think ACR I interpolated the pixels
differently to the way the Fuji Converter EX did when outputting but ACR II
outputs the same number of pixels now as the Fuji software.

At the end of the day, since a certain amount of human intervention is
required to process the RAW files, you can't really make a blanket statement
like the above made by AGE Barcelona. In the wrong hands, Fuji Converter EX
can give inferior results...
