I'm not sure that ACR can handle Fuji RAF files yet. The plug-in used in PS7 was definitely inferior to Fuji Converter EX when it came to image quality. ACR in Photoshop CS is better but it still doesn't match the image quality of EX.
I wish it did, because using EX makes for a significantly less efficient workflow.
