[PRODIG] PS7 opening C1 processed images

Anyone any idea why PS7 continually is unable to open the occasional 
image processed from RAW by C1 as jpgs (in order to make a quick 
contact sheet for clients in PS)?

This is usually done as a large batch having used C1 to edit and 
correct the RAW. Subsequent batch of images seems to always have at 
least a couple which fail to open in contact sheet 11.
