Conde Nasty have probably the worst reputation for this type of behaviour,
personally I would suggest it's time to go to court they don't have a leg to
stand on. Small claims court procedure is very easy, you can do it on line
here

https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp

just make sure you claim for interest at the prescribed rate which I think
is 8% over base, for the overdue period and until the balance is paid. The
costs are born by CN they are added to the owed amount on the summons and
the summons cannot be discharged until the amount on the summons is paid in
full, so if the settle before, make sure they pay the full amount not just
your invoice.

On the few occasions I've done this a cheque has arrived a few days after
the summons land on their desk. Just to make sure you comply with your end
of things it would be wise to send a 7 day notice of intent if you haven't
already. Or you could get an on line solicitor to do this, it only a few
's.

Good luck
