Hi Having problems with my Wacom Intuous 2 pen and pad. Not sure if it's the pad, pen or OS. The problem started in Jaguar and as I did an archive install, it may have carried over to Panther. Basically, when I click and move the pen, the cursor jumps or disappears or the contextual menu pops up and selects the first item, causing havoc as usually I have sat the pen down to work on the keyboard or to work on another image. Have tried the usual uninstall/install of drivers, and Wacom have never heard of the problem.
I don't fancy being without a pad while it's being serviced by Wacom and then find it's OK. I also don't fancy doing a fresh install of Panther as that could take 2-3 days to get back to normal. Is there a kind soul feeling in a mellow Xmas mood who can lend me an Intuos 2 (5x4) pad that I can try? I can pick it up and drop it back same or next day. Would like to hear from anyone living in the Haringey, NE London area or an hour or so's drive. Please reply OFF LIST unless you have a solution for the problem that others may benefit from hearing...thanks in advance...
