Hi Sangara

I had problems with my Wacom Tablet recently, and the UK importers were no
help at all. They asked me to send it back to Wacom, and promised that it
would be at least two weeks before I heard anything.

But the tech support people in Germany were much better informed. They
discussed my problems by email, had me try a couple of hidden test and reset
utilities that are built into the software, and diagnosed my problem
immediately as a faulty pen. I had a new one the next day!

Unfortunately I did have to pay for it as my tablet was out of warranty, but
they were VERY quick and helpful.

The man in question is Benedikt Schmitt

In the meantime, if you're still stuck I do have a Graphire 3 5x4 tablet
that I'm not using...020 7736 0060.

Regards,
Colin Thomas
