Hi Daniel, Do a search on the prodig site for "sticktion" (sp?) and a few threads that might be of use should come up. I'm sorry that i can't remeber the name of the person who brought "sticktion" up (sounds nasty!), but it could be your problem, ie the disc is touching the casing in a particular place each time it revolves.
