If this is so then she needs to select the icon and do a "Get Info". This will bring up the Get Info window. The second arrow head down is "Open with": here she should click on the arrow head, which will give a drop down menu. Here she should select her program of choice to print from - probably a version of Photoshop.
There will also be a legend that says "Use this application to open all documents like this" and a button to click on that says "Change All...".
This should hopefully cure the problem.

When she tries to print out of Jaguar, the computer launches Adobe Acrobat to print with very bad results.
