I've got twenty years worth of 35mm B/W negs and no darkroom anymore. Suddenly I need prints from some of them.
Can anyone suggest a scanner I might consider?
I'm presuming that as with everything else technology has come on a pace and I need a current state of the art model - but do I? Maybe for my needs (only mono really, output at about 11x16, no urge to batch scan or feed rolls in) the technology matured a few years back and a budget model would do as well.
I'd appreciate any insight you can give me.
