It is, just click on it and copy, then paste it into a photoshop doc. Drag and drop may even be possible.
When I've tried to do this from word, I'll often end up with a "palette" color image (rather that full color). However it's possible (and pretty easy) to save out the page as HTML and harvest a jpeg. It's worth at least comparing the results.
