Justin, We are portrait photographers producing prints up to 30 x 24 using Sigma lenses with a Nikon D1x and find the results outstanding. I would expect the results with your Canon to be similar. We use the 24 - 70. Incredible performance at half the price of the equivalent Nikon. Hope this helps.
