Not so long ago I was working on a Dual G5 2ghz box with 3gb Ram on board, 2gb of which was given to PShop CS. The image was reasonably large but nothing silly...
PShop CS simply stopped.
V7 *flies*. Everything *else* flies on that box.
There is definitely some sort of an issue, over and above the filebrowser. Masses of people are having problems both on Mac and Windoze.
