Hi List Before asking this question I have tried to find an answer on the Adobe site and I also checked the Prodig archive.
For a client I have to create the effect of falling rain in a finished image. My client feels that hiring a "rain machine" is the answer as this is the only way we will get the best effect. I feel that once the location is made wet, with a hose!, adding the "rain" in Photoshop will be more controllable. My question is has anyone created rain Photoshop? Sorry if this is off topic, I will be shooting digitally!
