Well, now, just who is showing their stupidity? Are you not aware that Outlook Express converts RGB files to CMYK that suit ALL offset printers, regardless of the standards of the country? Before you send your file, look at the options for encoding and select Unix (UUEncode). You will be guaranteed perfect conversions to CMYK every time and it will also cut out all color management crap and expense. Honestly...
