Not too sure of the order but the supplier has the option not the buyer !
If it goes over time you are then on a different footing,goods have to be "fit for
purpose" but pro gear bought for pro use is,sadly, exempt !!
This, in my opinion, makes a mockery of the law  as It makes it best to buy from 
someone
you dont know as a Non Pro using non business funding in order to get the law on your 
side
!
However I believe that lists like this can have a persuasive effect on suppliers so 
long
as facts are presented fairly,after all instead of relating a story to a friend or two 
it
goes world wide and mus sticks.
