I've tried searching the archive, but can find very little on this subject. Is anyone using the S2 in tethered mode on location? I've had mine fifteen months with no problems at all and lots of successful pics (in a March magazine feature they've used one of my S2 shots whole page, full bleed, and I can't see any quality difference from my 6x8 tranny shots on adjacent pages) but tethered is something I haven't tried. I'm thinking of promoting the S2 to some of the work I currently shoot on rollfilm. Is the Fuji Hyperlink software the only option for this?
Related to this, what success have you had in having S2 files written onto tranny film? Have clients accepted them, knowingly or not, and has repro proved wholly satisfactory?
