A tricky one! your problem is the depth in the image, and your trying to reflect in a flat plane. I've got round this before by taking an image into a 3-d program, and standing it on a reflective plane that lines up with the feet. Render it out, and bring it back into Photoshop, a bit more tinkering, and a result can be achieved. Not the easiest method!
