If your job is as a sales member of staff then that is what you should be doing. When I'm knackered after 12 hours on a shoot, I may feel lousy but I would not treat my clients like s**t, I wouldn't survive without them. I believe that there are good educators and communicators out there and there are awful ones, no excuses.
